Thirteen-year-old Kendall Graham to star as Narrator in ‘A Hairy Tale’ at Pontotoc Community Theater
Pontotoc, Miss. — A 13-year-old local actress will take the stage as Narrator 2 in the upcoming production of “A Hairy Tale” at Pontotoc Community Theater.
Kendall Graham, who has been involved in theater for four years, says her favorite part of performing is building friendships through her roles. She has appeared in several productions, including “A Fairy Tale Christmas Carol,” “The Glass Slipper,” “Finding Nemo Jr.,” “Dr. Experimentor and the League of Evil,” and “On Christmas Day in the Morning,” according to the theater.
Graham also enjoys playing volleyball, basketball, participating in 4-H, and staying active outside of theater. She has a passion for animals, with her favorite being the giraffe, and values spending time with friends both on and off stage, her family said.
The show will be performed at the Pontotoc Community Theater, located at 106A North Main Street. Performances are scheduled for June 5 at 7 p.m., June 6 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m., and June 7 at 2 p.m. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased online up to one hour before showtime or at the door with cash only, the theater said.
Doors open 30 minutes before each performance. General admission seating will be available. The theater encourages audiences to come out and support local talent as Graham helps bring the fairy tale to life.
