Storms Expected to Bring Up to 3 Inches of Rain to Parts of Arkansas, Missouri, and Tennessee

Storms are expected to move into northeastern Arkansas, the Missouri Bootheel, and western Tennessee on Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service in Memphis.

The storms could produce between 1 and 3 inches of rain, with the potential for localized flash flooding, the agency said.
