Families with children in Pontotoc City School District should plan for fall-break school holidays Oct. 12–16, 2026, followed by a professional-development day with no students on Monday, Oct. 19.

The district’s School Year Calendar page links to the full 2026–27 calendar, which families can consult when arranging care or work schedules. Its legend distinguishes school holidays from professional-development days with no students.
