PEPA GM Frankie Moorman receives inaugural Russell Hustle Award

Frankie Moorman, general manager of the Public Energy Partnership of Alabama, received the first Russell Hustle Award at the Central Service Association’s User Conference this week. The award was presented to Moorman for his leadership during Winter Storm Fern.

The award is named after the late Danny Russell, a retired CSA general manager and former board member of North East Mississippi Electric Power Association.

Jenna Kentner, PEPA System Operations Engineer, was also pictured at the event alongside Moorman.
