DT Cox Elementary School’s Scholastic Book Fair opens Monday, Oct. 26, and runs through Friday, Oct. 30, in the school library. The school’s announcement also invites families to Book or Treat on Monday evening, combining book-fair shopping with classroom treats.

Students are encouraged to wear costumes, and the school is asking for donations of individually wrapped candy for the event. Its book-fair flyer says students will also have shopping opportunities during their library day and before the bell.

Families should confirm Monday’s hours before making plans. Both school announcements and their flyers list 4–6 p.m., while the district homepage calendar lists DTC Book or Treat from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. The school office number is 662-489-2454.

DT Cox is at 304 Clark Street in Pontotoc. The original school notices and district calendar are linked below so families can check the event information directly.
