Pontotoc readies for North Half title game after 3-1 victory over New Albany
The Lady Warriors are one step closer to their 2020 goal.
Pontotoc picked up their third win of the season against rival New Albany in convincing fashion, taking out the Lady Bulldogs 3-1 by scores of 25-22, 24-26, 25-15, 25-19.
Pontotoc got a career game from junior Libero Caroline Howard, who put up 60 digs in the contest to go over 1000 career digs.
The Lady Warriors moved to 17-4 on the season. They are set to take on Corinth on Tuesday with a trip to the state championship game on the line. First serve is set for 6:30.
