Updates from June 16, 2026, include bridge decking installation and FEMA debris removal

Additionally, FEMA-funded efforts to clear storm debris are underway in Pontotoc and Union counties. Crews are mulching tree and limb debris along trail right-of-ways from Winter Storm Fern. The contractor began work in Pontotoc today, starting from Coffee Street and moving south.
