Power Restored After Planned Outage in Local Area

Power has been restored after a planned outage in the area north of Highway 76 and Highway 15, according to utility officials. The outage began around 4:30 p.m. and lasted approximately 30 minutes.

The outage was necessary for safety reasons while crews performed urgent repairs on the electrical lines. The lines had to be de-energized to carry out the work safely, officials said.

Authorities thanked residents for their patience during the outage. They confirmed that all power has now been fully restored as of 5:02 p.m.
