Pontotoc man wanted on charge of sexual battery of a 12 year old

The Pontotoc sheriffs department is asking for the publics help locating a man that has been charged with sexual battery of a 12 year old.

He was last seen in the area.

Brandon Mark Mcelhenney, formerly of Topsy road Pontotoc County, MS, is wanted for the sexual battery of a 12 year old female by the Pontotoc County Sheriffs Department.

Mcelhenney is described as a white male, 5’ 7” tall, 165lbs, brown hair and brown eyes. A felony arrest warrant has been issued for his arrest. Mcelhenney was last seen in Pontotoc, Ms wearing a hoodie over his head and may have grown a beard.
