Pontotoc County kicks off summer concert series Thursday

The Pontotoc County Chamber Main Street announced the start of its summer concert series Thursday evening at the Gateway Pavilion.

The first concert will feature Brittany McGee & The Backroad Saints, according to organizers. The event begins at 6:30 p.m. and is part of a lineup of weekly performances scheduled throughout the summer.

Residents are encouraged to attend these free concerts on Thursdays to enjoy live music and community entertainment, the chamber said. The series aims to promote local culture and bring residents together during the warmer months.
