Pontotoc County hosts Independence Day celebration with music, reenactments, and cupcakes

The Pontotoc County Chamber Main Street hosted a July 4th celebration that included a sound showdown, reenactments, a prayer, the Pledge of Allegiance, and the national anthem, according to social media posts.

Event attendees also enjoyed a display of 250 cupcakes, followed by a main event featuring a performance by Elvis Presley impersonator, the post stated.
