PEPA plans power outage Thursday in Rabbit Creek area

The Power and Electricity Provider Authority (PEPA) announced a planned power outage set for Thursday, September 17, starting at 7 a.m. The outage will impact areas around Rabbit Creek Subdivision, including Loss Road, Maxx Lane, and Alane Drive, according to PEPA.

The outage is expected to last about three hours, with the section of Rabbit Creek Subdivision off Highway 9 South experiencing a brief outage. Specifically, the affected area is between 1847 and 2324 South Highway 9.

PEPA officials noted that the Rabbit Creek Subdivision itself will experience a power outage starting around 7 a.m. and lasting approximately 30 minutes. Residents and motorists are advised to plan accordingly during this time.
