Last Week of September Expected to Be Warmer and Drier Than Normal

The last week of September is expected to be warmer and drier than typical for the region, according to weather forecasts.

This does not necessarily mean temperatures will reach 100 degrees, but conditions are expected to be above average for this time of year.

By the end of the month, normal high temperatures across the Midsouth typically range from 79 to 83 degrees, weather officials said.
