JoAnna Faulkner Returns to Pontotoc Community Theater in ‘The Butler Did It’

JoAnna Faulkner is returning to the stage at Pontotoc Community Theater for her sixth production with the company, she said in a statement. Faulkner will play Lady Miranda Covington in the upcoming show, which opens Oct. 9.

“This is my sixth production with Pontotoc Community Theater — does that mean I can officially say I’m ‘no stranger to the PCT stage’?” Faulkner said. “Yes, you can, and I’m glad to be back.”

Faulkner said she enjoys singing, watching shows, and having an excuse to be dramatic. She encouraged audiences to see the show, which features mystery and comedy, to find out if the titular character really did commit the crime.

Performances are scheduled for Oct. 9 at 7 p.m., Oct. 10 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m., and Oct. 11 at 2 p.m. Tickets are $10 each and can be purchased at the theater box office 30 minutes before shows or online at this link.

Event organizers described the play as a mix of mystery and hilarity, promising an entertaining experience for audiences.
