Ecru is accepting entries for its Christmas parade, advertised for 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, on Main Street. Lineup begins at 5 p.m., according to the Town of Ecru’s new announcement.

There is no entry fee. Participants can sign up at Town Hall or ask the town to email an entry form. The invitation welcomes floats, walking groups, bands, antique vehicles and horses.

The notice names Main Street but does not give a detailed parade route, an exact lineup site or an entry deadline. Entrants should ask the town for those details when requesting a form. The original notice is linked below, along with separate coverage of the Christmas bazaar’s vendor registration.
