Community collects peanut butter and jelly for local food banks

Residents are invited to donate jars of peanut butter and jelly to support local food pantries, organizers announced.

The collection is taking place at PEPA, where community members can drop off their donations in a designated box. The organization plans to deliver the collected jars at the end of the month.

Organizers emphasized that while peanut butter and jelly can’t dance, donating them is a way for residents to make a positive impact in their community. Officials hope the initiative encourages community participation and helps those in need.
