Pontotoc County Opens New Health Department Building

Pontotoc County officials celebrated the opening of the new Health Department building with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday.

The facility is located at 396 CJ Hardin Jr. Drive in Pontotoc, according to the Pontotoc County Chamber of Commerce.

The event was promoted by the county’s Main Street program, emphasizing its importance to local health services and community development.

The new building aims to improve access to health resources for residents of Pontotoc County, officials said.
