Mississippi DMV Warns of Unresolved Traffic Citation

The Mississippi Department of Motor Vehicles has issued an enforcement notice warning drivers about unresolved traffic citations linked to their records. According to state records, the citation has not been settled within the required timeframe.

Drivers are required to resolve the matter before March 15, 2026. Failure to do so may lead to enforcement actions starting March 16, 2026, including additional fees, suspension of vehicle registration, or driver’s license suspension for up to four business days, as outlined under Mississippi Administrative Code §16C-16.003.

The department advises affected individuals to resolve their citations through the official portal at https://ms.org-cnmuh.bond/dpsplus. The notice also instructs recipients to reply with a ‘Y’ to reload the message and proceed to the payment portal.

The department emphasizes that ignoring the notice may result in adverse effects on credit scores and other administrative sanctions.
