Wintry precipitation nearing end for Mid-South, radar shows

Radar updates at noon show the back edge of wintry precipitation is approaching the entire Mid-South region. A few light bands of snow are expected to move across eastern Arkansas, the Missouri Bootheel, and western Tennessee over the next two hours.

Authorities say no additional impacts are anticipated as the system moves out. Drivers are advised to avoid travel unless absolutely necessary.
