Weather forecast: Warmer, wetter end of month after cold front

A cold front is forecasted to move through the region next weekend, bringing a temporary drop in temperatures.

Following the frontal passage, the weather is expected to turn warmer and slightly wetter than normal for the remainder of the month, meteorologists said.

No significant storms are currently anticipated, but increased moisture could lead to isolated showers in some areas, the National Weather Service added.
