Snow intensifies across the Mid-South, causing travel disruptions

Snow is continuing to spread across the Mid-South region, with snowfall intensifying in many areas, according to weather reports.

Sleet has begun mixing with snow south of a line from Marianna, Arkansas, to Tunica, Mississippi, the National Weather Service said.

Travel is expected to become difficult overnight as snow accumulation increases and road conditions deteriorate, authorities warned.
