Pontotoc community thanks electric crews after winter storm

Pontotoc Electric Power Association announced that communities served by the cooperative have reached out with support during and after Winter Storm Fern.

On Thursday, Second Baptist Church in Pontotoc served lunch to crews working to restore power. The church expressed gratitude for the meal and fellowship, according to the cooperative.

The electric cooperative did not specify the number of crews or outages but acknowledged community appreciation during the winter storm response.
