PEPA General Manager Praises Success of Plates for Pontotoc Heroes Event

Frankie Moorman, general manager of the Pontotoc Electric Power Association, spoke briefly at the Plates for Pontotoc Heroes event held Tuesday night at the Pontotoc Agri Center.
