Cold front northwest of Jackson brings rain, cooler temperatures

A slow-moving cold front is located just northwest of Jackson, Tennessee, according to a 4 a.m. radar update. The front is expected to continue its southeast movement throughout the day.

Rain chances will gradually decrease by the afternoon as the front pushes south. Behind the front, cooler and drier weather is expected to settle in.
