Chilly wind chills hit early morning temperatures
Wind chills dropped to dangerously low levels early Monday, with temperatures feeling much colder than the actual air temperature, according to weather reports.
At 2 a.m., wind chills were recorded at levels that could pose risks of frostbite and hypothermia for those outside without proper protection, meteorologists said.
Officials advise residents to limit outdoor activities and dress warmly to stay safe during this cold snap.
